Noble Gibbens, Chief People Officer
Noble Gibbens is the Chief People Officer at Kiefer Sage, where he leads the company’s people strategy, including talent development, recruitment, and employee experience. With a unique background that blends military service, entrepreneurial grit, and leadership coaching, Gibbens brings more than two decades of experience in helping individuals and teams grow with purpose.
A graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, Gibbens served as an Airborne Ranger Infantry Officer in the 82nd Airborne Division. Following his military service, he built and led multiple startups before turning his focus to executive coaching and organizational development. Over the years, he has worked with leaders and companies ranging from $5M startups to multibillion-dollar enterprises across industries.
Gibbens is certified in EQi 2.0, DiSC, and The Five Dysfunctions of a Team framework. He has logged more than 10,000 hours of executive coaching and over 7,000 hours of group facilitation. He’s also the host of EQ Gangster, a globally ranked podcast focused on emotional intelligence and leadership.
Before officially joining Kiefer Sage, Gibbens worked closely with the company through leadership workshops and one-on-one coaching engagements. He now plays a central role in shaping the culture and developing future leaders across the organization.
Outside of work, Gibbens is a proud father to a daughter studying welding in college. He’s passionate about tacos, tattoos, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
