Noble Gibbens joins Kiefer Sage as Chief People Officer

Kiefer Sage is excited to welcome Noble Gibbens as the company’s new Chief People Officer. With a unique blend of military service, entrepreneurial grit, and leadership coaching, Gibbens brings fresh energy and perspective to the team.

He’s a West Point graduate and former Airborne Ranger Infantry Officer who spent time leading troops in the Army’s 82nd Airborne Division. After his military service, Gibbens dove into the world of business – building companies, leading teams, and helping others do the same. He’s also the host of EQ Gangster, a top-ranked podcast all about emotional intelligence and leadership.

At Kiefer Sage, Gibbens will lead efforts across people strategy – from growing talent and shaping culture to strengthening the overall employee experience. His role is all about investing in the people behind the work.

Gibbens isn’t new to Kiefer Sage. Over the past year, he’s worked with teams across the company in leadership workshops and one-on-one coaching sessions. With more than 10,000 hours of coaching experience and 7,000 hours in team facilitation, he brings deep expertise to the table. He’s certified in EQi 2.0, DiSC, and the Five Dysfunctions of a Team framework.
