Justin became Chief Executive Officer of Kiefer Sage in Rogers, AR in September 2024 with a passion for growing leaders and building high-octane teams. This role has proven to be fertile ground for him to live out his life-long passion of driving explosive business growth through dynamic leader development. 

Prior to becoming CEO at Kiefer Sage, Justin worked at Tyson Foods for over a decade, where he served in numerous roles including Marketing, Innovation, Business Operations, and General Management. When he left Tyson Foods as a Vice President/General Manager, he was managing $2.0B+ business with over 6,000 team members. 

A Graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, Justin is a former Cavalry Officer in the U.S. Army and served in the 4th Infantry Division at Fort Carson, CO from 2009 to 2013. He served in numerous direct leadership roles during his military tenure including Platoon Leader, Company Commander, and Logistics Officer. Justin is a combat veteran of Operations Iraqi Freedom and New Dawn from 2010-2011.   

Justin currently serves on the Board of Advisors for Camp Alliance, who serve roughly 297,000 Arkansas Residents through their mission to provide for military families, and he also volunteers for the Boys & Girls Club of NWA. He is married to Laura and they have three children: Levi, Aaron, and Hope. They are members of Cross Church of NWA.
