Erin Kiefer is President of Kiefer Sage, the Rogers, Arkansas–based manufacturer behind market-leading brands including Martcart™, Jotto Desk®, and Spraymaster™. A second-generation leader, Erin has dedicated more than three decades to guiding Kiefer Sage’s growth, innovation, and customer-first culture.
Since 2017, Erin has delivered transformative results, including a 678% increase in net profit, 250% EBITDA growth, and dramatic improvements in retention. She introduced an operating system to strengthen alignment and culture, oversaw enterprise software conversions, and expanded the company’s offerings from products alone into an integrated products-and-services model.
Beyond operations, Erin has championed employee well-being by enhancing benefits contributions, investing in continuous learning, and leading environmental sustainability initiatives that earned certification from the U.S. Chamber’s Institute for Sustainable Development.
Erin’s influence extends well beyond Kiefer Sage. She chaired the 100th Anniversary Executive Committee of the Rogers-Lowell Area Chamber of Commerce, serves on the boards of Mercy Health Northwest Arkansas, CEI Engineering Associates, and Arvest Bank Benton County, and has been honored as a Women in Business Honoree by Arkansas Business Journal. She also contributes to statewide economic policy as a member of the Arkansas State Chamber Tax Committee.
A summa cum laude graduate of John Brown University with both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Business Administration, Erin speaks frequently to student groups, professional networks, and podcasts on faith-based leadership and navigating career and life with integrity. She also volunteers at her church as a sound engineer and has long invested in mentoring the next generation of leaders.
Rooted in her family’s entrepreneurial legacy, Erin leads with a clear vision: to create products and services that make life better for customers while uplifting communities with redemptive purpose. She and her husband, Ben, enjoy watersports and time with their children and grandchildren.
