Claire Brisiel is a results driven business leader with deep experience managing product portfolios, business operations, and cross-functional teams. She began her career at Tyson Foods in 2009 and went on to serve in leadership roles across product management, marketing, and business operations before moving into her current role as Chief Operating Officer at Kiefer Sage. 

Since joining Kiefer Sage, Claire has led the company’s transformation into a more disciplined, growth-oriented manufacturer aligning product strategy, supply chain, and sales to drive growth and long-term value. She is recognized for her ability to connect strategy with execution, balancing big-picture vision with operational discipline. She is passionate about developing people, fostering a collaborative culture, and positioning organizations for sustainable growth. 

Claire holds a bachelor’s degree in international business from the University of Arkansas and resides in Fayetteville, Arkansas with her family. Outside of work, she enjoys family time and traveling.
