Charles is the Chief Financial Officer at Kiefer Sage, where he leads the finance and accounting functions for the company.  He focuses on building trusted relationships within the organization through a high-functioning, flexible, and responsive financial accounting organization, comprised of dedicated growth orientated team members.  

Charles retired in 2023 after a 31-year career with Tyson Foods, leading various production related financial organizations during his tenure.  In addition to his work at Tyson, Charles and his wife Vickie have started and operated small businesses here in NWA.  He currently mentors' local entrepreneurs through the NWA chapter of the E for All Non-Profit Business Accelerator.  

A native of Chicago, Charles holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Arkansas and resides in Rogers, Arkansas with his wife.  Outside of work, he enjoys family time, golf, pickleball, and aviation.
